•Custom-made items and occasion wear cannot be exchanged or returned.

•If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will handle the issue at no additional cost.

•Ready-to-wear items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

•Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.

•Customers are responsible for shipping fees when returning the item and receiving the replacement.

Return Policy

•Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

•Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

•Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

•Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.

•Refunds will be processed through the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed.
